Returns & Refunds policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your registration or request a refund for services purchased through the Platform. By registering or availing services, you agree to the terms below:

1.⁠ ⁠Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 10 days of registration/payment and before the start of the program/service/event.

Once a program, workshop, or camp has commenced, cancellations will not be permitted.

Certain registrations may be marked as non-refundable (for example, registration fees for camps or events). In such cases, this will be clearly communicated at the time of registration.

2.⁠ ⁠Refunds

If you cancel within the permitted window (as mentioned above), your refund request will be processed after deducting any applicable administrative charges.

In case of technical issues (such as duplicate payment), full refunds will be processed upon verification.

If a program, workshop, or event is cancelled or rescheduled by Walking Ferns, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer the fee to another program.

3.⁠ ⁠No Refund Situations

No refunds will be provided for:

Non-attendance or partial attendance of a program or event.

Registrations cancelled after the program/service has started.

Services expressly marked as “non-refundable” at the time of registration.

4.⁠ ⁠Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be Credited within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be made using the same mode of payment as used during registration, unless otherwise agreed.
